FIQ Biennial Congress will be held on Tuesday 13 September 2011 at Auditorium, 3/F, EMAX, Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre (KITEC), 1 Trademart Drive, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China.

 

 


 

On 13th March 2011 all member federations were informed by our President Mrs. Jessie Phua about this Congress and you were invited to send proposals latest 13 June 2011.

The Proxy should be presented to the President of FIQ or to the Secretary General of FIQ prior to the start of the Congress and latest at 08.00 hours on 13 September 2011.
