Born in 1955, Jessie Phua is president of the Singapore Bowling Federation and a Nominated Member of the Singapore Parliament. In 2007, in Monterrey, Mexico she became the first woman to be elected as FIQ president.

Mr. Joan Ricart
Joan Ricart was born in 1958 in Barcelona. Ricart has presided the Catalan Skittles and Bowling Federation since 1985 and since 2004 he is member of the board of directors of the Union of Catalan Sports Federations (UFEC).

Mr. Gustavo Lopez
Gustavo Lopez was born in 1961 in Tejutla de San Marcos in Guatemala. He is currently president of Guatemala’s National Bowling Federation and was recently re-elected as president of the Central American and Caribbean Bowling Confederation (CONCECABOL). With more than 20 years’ experience in the world of bowling, López is a USBC (United States Bowling Congress) bronze-level coach for his federation.

Mr. Addie Ophelders from the Netherlands is President of the European Tenpin Bowling Association, ETBF.

Kevin Dornberger was named Chief Operating Officer of the United States Bowling Congress in July 2007 after being involved with the sport of bowling for more than 45 years. He was elected President of the World Tenpin Bowling Association in August 2007 and has previously been first vice president of the Federation Internationale des Quilleurs .

Mr. José Antonio Guandique
José Antonio Guandique is the president of FESABOL (Federación Salvadoreña de Boliche), of CONCABA (Confederación Centroamericana de Boliche Amateur) and of the FIQ / WTBA American Zone, PABCON. Guandique’s curriculum also includes having been President of the National Sport Institute of El Salvador (INDES), between 1990 and 1995.

Born in 1939, Siegfried Schweikardt started bowling at the age of 20. His career in the world of Ninepin Classic began at the age of 35 and varied from the position of President in clubs to being elected Vice-president of the DKB (Deutsche Keglerbund). In 2001, in Koper (Slovenia) he was elected President of the NBC. Mr. Schweikardt has also been for the past 13 years, the President of the association of Bowling Kegler- and Bowling Verband of Württemberg (Germany). With his busy schedule, his 3 sons and 4 nephews, Mr. Schweikardt still finds time for participating in Ninepin competitions every now and then.
